This is an Hermès Kelly watch that I purchased over 30 years ago. It's an iconic Hermès model, characterized by its padlock (cadena) motif. It features a gold-colored case and comes with the original leather strap. While there are minor scratches, dullness on the metal parts, and signs of wear on the leather strap due to long-term storage and use, I think it has a very good vintage feel.
