Thank you for looking. This is a product of the PS software "Policenauts." I purchased this at a store some time ago and have been storing it at home. The case has some scratches due to age. The obi (sleeve), instruction manual, and memory card seal are in good condition. There are no scratches on the back of the disc. I was able to confirm that it works on the initial PS3 model.
