The top part is navy blue, 100% polyester. The skirt part is a striped pattern of 77% polyester and 23% rayon. The lining is 100% polyester. Measured flat, the chest width is about 45cm and the length is about 85cm. The sleeves can be shirred, so you can adjust them to your preferred length. There are strings on both sides, so you can tie them in the front or the back. There is a lining, but it is not on the sleeves. The waist is elastic. Worn once and in beautiful condition.
