I bought this at a used clothing store about 20 years ago. I'm selling it because I don't wear it anymore. I'm not sure if it's men's or women's. It's from when 株式会社オリゾンティ (Kabushiki-gaisha Orizonti) had the license. As you can see in the photos, there are holes in both sleeves. There is also one place where a hole has been repaired with thread. There is also pilling overall. Please check the size in the photos.
