Blue nylon children's ski wear. For playing in the snow and sledding. Used only a few times during one season. The hem is double-layered, and there is a sturdy elastic inside, so snow is less likely to enter if worn outside of boots. (I once mistakenly used it inside the boots, so just in case.) There is a slight mark on the front zipper area from storage. Please check the ninth photo from the end. The tag has a name written on the back, so it will be cut off before listing.
