This is a vinyl poncho purchased at the Kamogawa Sea World Orca show. It has wrinkles from being stored without use, but there are no issues with its usability. I opened one bag to check the contents, and it's new. Please consider purchasing only if you understand that this item has been stored at home for a long time.
