This is a headmark from the Japan National Railways express train "Tsubasa." It appears to be an item that was sold at Ueno Station over 40 years ago. This is a railway part (headmark). It has been stored at home for a long time, kept between books on a bookshelf away from sunlight after purchase. As it was actually used on a train, there are scratches, rust, scuffs, and paint剥がれ.
