This item is new and unused, having been stored away. It is described as being made of cowhide. The inside is lined with very soft fur. The length is just right, and it would also be cute folded over to make it shorter. The size is indicated in a foreign size, which I don't understand well, but it says US6. I think it's around 23.5-24cm, but even though I'm about 22.5cm, it fits securely without slipping or feeling too loose, so I think it would be fine for people with smaller feet too!
