This is the Sylvanian Families Calico Cat Family. I purchased this at a store and have kept it sealed at home. It will be shipped in bubble wrap, then placed in a paper bag or cardboard box. Although it is unopened, there is a tear in the box (see photo 3). While there are no other noticeable scratches or stains, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details due to home storage.
