This is a limited edition item from the Pokémon Center Tokyo DX. As shown in the photo, the ninja hat can be put on and taken off. I am selling it due to moving, but it is like new as it has been stored in a dark place with no noticeable scratches, stains, or fraying. It comes with the tag.
