I bought this at an outlet a few years ago for about 50,000 yen. It has plenty of storage and is easy to use. It's a light gray leather BALENCIAGA long wallet with card pockets and a zippered coin purse. There is some dirt on the outer corners and some tearing of the leather, but the inside is relatively clean and I think it can still be used for a while.
