Decorative license plate, Chiba number, cargo 4 number, one plate. This was removed from a kei car that I owned and the registration was cancelled. It is a decorative license plate with a hole in the upper left. It cannot be used on public roads. It is for decorative purposes only. How about using it for room decor or as part of a collection?
