It seems that it was limited to the venue and the number of tickets was small, so I think it's a rare item. I brought it home in my bag, so if you look closely, there are some small scratches or dents on the sleeve. (Please check the images!) I haven't taken it out of the sleeve, so I don't think there's any problem with the contents, but please refrain from purchasing if you are at all concerned! I will take care to ship it so that it doesn't lose its shape.
