This is a round, well-stuffed obijime (decorative belt cord). It's sewn from vintage fabric (smooth silk) and is nearly 1cm thick. It has cute red tassels on both ends. The length seems suitable for dolls sized 15 to 12 (Japanese doll sizes), but please be sure to check the measurements. The vermilion-red color and classic pattern make it easy to match with any obi. It appears to have been sewn by an amateur, and the hand-sewn stitches are a little loose.
