I bought this figure, a toy similar to those sold on the "Antique Roadshow" program, at a store. I think it's been about 10 years since I bought it. I believe it's a stuffed toy that was available in game centers around 2007. I think it's a rare stuffed toy now. It was stored in a bag. I don't smoke, so I don't think there are any concerning odors.
