This is a work by Mathias Heinicke, a workshop in Czechoslovakia established in 1897, with a very long history. It is in excellent condition, with no cracks or signs of repair on the plates. It has been fully adjusted by a repairman, so it is a violin you can use with confidence for many years to come.
