Batteries are not included. It has only been taken out of the box. The box shows signs of wear and tear, such as damage and scratches. As this is an old product, the LEDs may have deteriorated. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. Also, a Clear Train will be included. I believe this is a very rare product.
