This is the well-known VOX wah pedal. It doesn't have a DC IN, so it runs on a 9V battery. I checked its operation, and it still has that familiar sound. However, for some reason, it works well when used with other effects pedals, but it doesn't produce any sound on its own. It seems like it was the same way when I used it before...
