I've been using this for a while, but I'm selling it because I don't use it anymore. The settings and macros are included, but they're a bit old, so I recommend buying new macros from another vendor for around 1000 yen. The vendor will also teach you how to use it, so you don't have to worry about not being able to use it. No box, just the main unit. If you have any questions, please comment.
