Made in Japan with pride: Clover NCS-210 Beautiful all-stainless steel fabric scissors. They have a clean appearance, but upon closer inspection, there are discolorations that appear to be from metal-on-metal friction. They do not wipe off, so we believe they are signs of wear. There are no issues with use. The outer box is not included. They will be protected with thick paper, etc., and shipped in a padded envelope.
