I purchased this around March of this year at Yamano Music in Ginza. New price: ¥159,500 I test-played it when I bought it, and have only used it a few times since. I haven't played it much, so the inside and valves are very clean. It comes with the Yamaha cornet genuine case and a Yamaha cornet mouthpiece.
