I purchased this several years ago. I have used the foundation in the case only once to see if it matches my skin tone. I used the included puff at that time, so the puff is not included. * Refills (with puffs x 2) are unused. * The foundation was lightly swiped with a puff once. There are some scratches on the transparent cover of the foundation, but otherwise, I think it is clean. (This is just my personal opinion.)
