There is an opening for replacing the elastic, so it can be replaced. The outer diameter is approximately 10-11cm. I used an industrial sewing machine, a serger, hand sewing, and fray check. I make each item carefully, but it is a handmade item, so there may be some imperfections such as distortion or fraying. There are also areas where I have double-stitched for reinforcement.
