I accidentally bought the same item on BUYMA and Rakuten. It's unused, but I can't remember if I cut the tag off or if it didn't have one to begin with. The skirt is size S, but it looks fitted on the size 9 mannequin. Flat elastic waistband, no lining. No washing or material tags. The sewing isn't very neat, as it's a foreign product.
