This is knitwear from a surfing brand that I haven't seen much of recently. I'm not sure if they still exist, but I think they had a store in Omotesando and were also available on ZOZOTOWN. It has a nice feel to it, and even though I'm sensitive to scratchy knits, I can wear this. However, the turtleneck part is long, and for someone with a short neck like me, it felt constricting, so I've only worn it once. The length, when worn by someone 156cm tall, covers the knees completely. It's a size M, but it's loose-fitting and warm. I think it would look cute on taller people too, worn with leggings or jeans underneath.
