This is the "Kourin Futamata Kanzashi (Halo Two-Prong Hairpin)". The design is inspired by the halo, or "kourin," a circle of light placed behind the head of a holy figure. The halo represents supernatural sublimity. It seems to be slightly different from the ones currently sold.
