I have quite a few stuffed animals, and I've been storing them in a special costume case for stuffed animals (using odorless mothballs). I am a non-smoker, and I air out the closet frequently, so there is no musty smell or any other odors. Before storing them in the costume case, I dried them in the shade and aired them out. I also brushed off any dust from outside, as I didn't want any on them. When brushing them, I lightly patted them all over with my hands. Sorry, ShellieMay (^_^;) They have been stored at home, but I have kept them clean and taken good care of them! I didn't see any noticeable scratches or stains, but the ribbon was stretched out, so I disposed of it. Please note that the ribbon is not included. The two bonus mascots were stored unused in a drawer at home, and are unused, but do not have bags. Shipping costs are quite high, so I'm sorry, but I can't offer a discount on this item.
