This is a 25cm long, 13cm wide Eevee plush toy from the Pokemon Center. It's in good condition with no noticeable stains. The Eevee mascot is a small plastic figure with a 4.5cm height and a slight flocking. As shown in photos 14 and 15, the flocking is slightly worn on the top of both ears, but it's not very noticeable. Please understand that this is a used item. It has been stored at home, and has been inspected by a non-professional, so please refrain from purchasing if you are very sensitive to such matters. It will be shipped in simple packaging.
