This is a Wonderswan Color, blue, in junk condition. It can load software, but it cannot be turned off. It turns on with the power button, but cannot be turned off. The software was used for loading confirmation and is not included, please be aware. This is a junk item, so please purchase it if you intend to repair it or use it for parts.
