This is the "Mega Light" FL-2000 from Fuji Toki Co., Ltd. It's a high-end fishing lamp with 9500 lumens. I used it for pier fishing for fish like Japanese Spanish mackerel and horse mackerel, but I'm selling it because I no longer go pier fishing. There are scratches and dirt from use. Please see the photos. I think the analog aspects of this type of fishing lamp, such as mantle replacement, are also appealing. The instructions detail the procedures. I'm also including spare mantles (700 yen: 3 pieces). At the time of listing, there were no malfunctions or abnormalities, but please consider that this is a used item before purchasing.
