This is a ring made of onyx and silver. Onyx is the birthstone for August and has long been believed to ward off evil. It is associated with the stone meanings of "success," "protection from evil," and "self-defense." The ring has been home cleaned. It is stamped 925. Please check the photos. The size is approximately 5.5cm around the finger. Measurements are approximate. I purchased this ring about 30 years ago and used it a few times before storing it away. No returns accepted.
