You can wear it as soon as it arrives. The fabric is light with a crisp feel. It is likely unused or nearly unused, and in very good condition. We recommend wearing a petticoat to protect the fabric. The silhouette is not too flared and not too close to the body. The navy blue base with a traditional flower basket pattern and a cloud-like design in black made me admire the chicness as I created it. This item can be worn with any top.
