This is a Snidel setup. It's a mini-length culotte. It has wrinkles from being stored at home, but they can be ironed out. Size F, but I think it's a size M, leaning towards S. The waist is cinched, making you look slimmer. I can add more photos if you'd like. Thank you! (^o^)
