This is a tissue case purchased at Kurodaya, a souvenir shop on Kannon-dori street in front of Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa. I bought it because it's a lovely item made of crepe fabric, and gave it as a souvenir to my family, but it wasn't used. It's been stored for a while. The cellophane tape on the paper inside is discolored to brown, but the fabric is enclosed in vinyl and further wrapped in Kurodaya's paper, so it's like new. I think it would be appreciated by foreign visitors as well. I believe there are tissues inside. (It has some thickness.)
