It was used with a bath towel placed on top, so there are no stains or marks, and it is in very clean condition. There have been no accidents on this mat. The mattress shows little signs of sagging and can still be used. All fabric parts have been washed at home. I only used it for co-sleeping support and did not use the sitting support. Therefore, the belts are unused, but they have been pre-washed, so there are some washing wrinkles. The outer box has sticker residue, dirt, and tears, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
