This is a commemorative boarding pass holder for JR Kyushu's D&S trains. The front half has a clear pocket for holding the commemorative boarding pass, and the back half is a notebook. The cover is made from thinned cedar wood, and each book has a different wood grain pattern. It seems that these are difficult to obtain.
