There is no noticeable rust, and I believe the interior, exterior, and hard case are in good condition. However, as this is an older model, please only purchase if you understand vintage instruments. It has a soft cornet-like sound, and I believe it is a good instrument with stable intonation. There are no accessories other than the hard case.
