I was able to wear this from my 1-year-old's birthday photoshoot, paired with tights, until I was over 2 years old ◎ The cuffs are elasticated, so they stay in place firmly＾＾ There is a scratch near the right shoulder. I didn't see any stains, but since a child wore it, I may have missed something. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
