It has four legs, providing excellent stability. It has been used, so there is a sense of use, but there are no tears or sagging in the seat. There are some rust spots, dirt, and minor scratches on the chrome parts. Although the optional backrest is not included, the shop where I purchased it told me that this chair can be used front and back. They explained that if you use the beveled side of the seat facing forward, it won't interfere with your thighs, and if you turn the side with the logo forward, you can sit comfortably in the recessed part of the seat.
