Thank you for viewing. This is a set of a simple navy jacket and a short-sleeved dress from Theory. When I purchased it at the department store, I had hooks added to the jacket. Please refer to the fifth photo. I purchased this as an exam suit and wore it 4-5 times. I had it dry cleaned and have been storing it at home. Theory size 0 is equivalent to a size 7.
