This is a type of cover that completely wraps an *koto* (Japanese harp). It's a remade item from a disassembled synthetic fiber *furisode* (long-sleeved kimono). The lining is new cotton fabric. Two pieces of colored paper are used inside where the dragon head rests. It's thinner than commercially available ones. It's handmade by my mother, who used to do dressmaking. Thank you!
