Deba knife, blade length 15.4cm, 248g. The back is about 7.3mm thick near the top of the heel. It seems to be an older brand. Although there are some slight imperfections even in new condition, the manufacturer cannot be identified. This is a genuine kasumi (layered steel) knife made by forging soft iron and steel together. There is not much wear and tear, and the shinogi line (bevel line) is clear. The rust marks have mostly been removed, but upon close inspection, faint rust and small scratches remain, so please check the photos carefully. The handle has been replaced with a new one and should last for a long time. It has been thoroughly sharpened, the blade has been honed, and it has been polished.
