This is a glass old-fashioned tumbler by Mitsuhiro Hara. It's more suited for enjoying whiskey, perhaps a "two-finger" pour, rather than just water. I purchased a set of two (as seen in the first photo), but haven't used them. I'm also listing other tumblers. This one has only been used a few times and is in beautiful condition. Approximately 8cm tall x 8.5cm in diameter. If you'd like to purchase the set, I'll send them for 9000 yen.
