(I used it without removing the film, so I think it's fine underneath) Please check the condition in the photos before purchasing. The box and instruction manual are included. The manual is a little dirty. I've tested it for running, but I haven't confirmed compatibility with TCS automatic railroad crossings or constant lighting systems because I don't have the corresponding products. No returns accepted. I plan to pack it in the included box and then wrap it in bubble wrap for shipping.
