Used about once or twice a month for 6 or 7 years. It is in working condition. Blades are not included. There are many glass powder stains, cloudy and scratched plastic covers, and scuffs. The box and instruction manual are also quite damaged. This is not suitable for those who want a like-new item or a clean item.
