Includes phosphorescent parts and phosphorescent balls. Includes a base for stable course construction. In the 5th photo, the following parts are missing: 1 each of the green, yellow, blue, and red parts on the far left, 1 ball, and the white part with the water wheel. One red part above that is also missing. You cannot build the item from the 60-piece set due to missing parts, but you may be able to get them by calling Kumon; they used to be free. The instruction manual is torn as shown in the 2nd photo. The parts are in good condition. Used, stored at home. Please purchase only if you understand this.
