It's warm because of the fleece lining, and the fleece is in great condition with almost no wear. I don't see any fraying of the embroidery or tears in the print, based on my observation. I have attached photos, so please take a look. My husband wore it a couple of times, but he said he won't wear it anymore, so I'm selling it to someone who will.
