There are stains, scratches, and rust (see photo 3), but I turned it on and the temperature rose on November 13th of this year, so I think it can be used without any problems. I will also include the Kaowool blanket that came with it when I bought it (I don't know the name, so I looked it up, but I'm not sure if it's definitely that) and the shelves and supports (new) that I purchased separately. (Can be used for glass fusing, etc.) There is no instruction manual. I will ship it via Yamato 120 size. I have almost finished packing it, so I can ship it quickly, but it may take up to two days to process the shipment depending on my weekend and holiday schedule. * I am a non-smoker, but I have a cat.
