Indigo-dyed kasuri from the late Meiji to late Taisho periods, made from hemp fabric of Noto-joshi. This is a well-worn, sturdy noragi (workwear) with a nice texture. It has a cotton shoulder pad. There are loose threads on the sleeves, stains on the collar, and also some scuffs and wrinkles. Please use it for wearing or as a material for remaking. Also, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the unique smell of old cloth, such as mothball odors. We ask for purchases from those who understand old cloth and boro.
