This is a barrette. It's a new, unused item, but the tag is not attached. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there are some minor, inconspicuous scratches from storage. I've included photos with a measuring tape to show the size, so please take a look. I have several of these barrettes in the same shape and different colors. Feel free to comment if you have a preference. There is no special box, but I will pack it carefully and ship it quickly. Thank you.
